2.-0 LCA consultants performed the LCA with the assistance and support from the member companies of the International Pectin Producers Association (IPPA). The project resulted in a proprietary report for the IPPA.
In this project we conducted a life cycle assessment of the annual industry average of global production of pectin based on data from the year 2011.
