The project was performed together with DuPont in-house expertise in compliance with ISO 14044 on life cycle assessment and including a 3rd party critical review.
The project concerned a cradle-to-gate LCA of isolated soy protein (ISP) produced by DuPont N&H in the United States. The LCA included the cultivation of soy as well as the processing of the beans to ISP.
