Our role

We participated in the critical review by checking for compliance of the study with the ISO standards for LCA, as well as for technical quality with a focus on consequential modelling.

The French Agency for Ecological Transition (ADEME) is a public agency whose mission is to implement public policies on energy and environmental protection.

Critical review of a consequential life cycle assessment on road transport scenarios in 2020 to 2035.

ADEME commissioned a consequential LCA study to assess different scenarios for road transport in metropolitan France, with a focus on a shift to electric mobility. The study was conducted by I Care and a critical review panel was set up to review the study in parallel to its execution. 2-0 LCA participated as a member of this critical review panel, together with EDF and Gingko 21, acting as chair of the panel.
