SimaPro Craft is the SimaPro desktop app. Synergy is an API platform.  Contact Pré for information on a Synergy licence.

To transfer your licence, simply submit a completed statement of transfer. Pré’s legal team will review your request and and get back to you.

You can renew your service contract up to six months after it expires. A fee will apply, based on the number of months delayed.

To reinstall SimaPro Craft, simply use your original registration code to activate it. Just make sure it’s uninstalled from your old computer first.
